BSNL is the worst network provider. I m in bangalore from past 2year. First I m using BSNL network. Its 3g network and its having very poor signal strength. 3g highest speed is 52kb/sec. Compare to other network like. Jio, idea, artel, vodafone, they will give higher speed and more data and free calling facility also there. BSNL is not having good data packs and free calling facility and they don’t improve there quality of service. BSNL coustmer care service officer will not pick the complaints call also. So compare to other network it needs lot of improvement. So this the worst network.
