A few months back, I changed my network service provider from TATA Docomo to BSNL Mobile. I am really impressed with the network, especially its dirt cheap 3G plans(1GB of 3G data for Rs. 155/- with 1 month validity) and call rates, superb network coverage as well as strong signal. But, as with all other PSUs, the staff are extremely rude and untrained to handle customers.
They are often at sea regarding various problems in the network(same case for Broadband). Nevertheless, since the network is good, far better than those private service providers which only aim to fleece customers while providing sub-standard services, I am willing to overlook the customer care issue.
