The network of bsnl depends wheather you are living in a urban or rural place.its also depends on your luck also.there is no gurantee on its network.And there is a funny thing is that if you are riding a bike or car or travelling more then 40 speed its network goes off.there is no constant signal on it.The internet provided by bsnl is too worst.till date there is no 4G upgradation on its network.And the 3G provided by it is like 2G.But I recommended the broadband provided by it is good.

The customer service of bsnl is like average.because even the cutomer care executive also doesn’t provide the right solution af a problem.and there is a common word of cust. care executive is that’sir please wait for 24 hr as our server is in maintanence process’
charges and billing-
the chargesand billing of bsnl is good, because they always provide constant and good plans for its customer.there is no unnecessery deduction on it like other network operator do.the only worst thing of its validity rechare option which we have to do on every 6 months.
