Friends, I used BSNL 3G Mobile Operator for about 6 Months.I have worse experience about this operator.It’s 2G service is better than it’s 3G.
Network- BSNL 3G doesn’t work properly even in Urban areas.I live in Biharsharif and believe me there is a less network of this operator.If we get some network after then it’s internet not work.If we use it in Rural areas there is no 3G network.
Customer service- I used it’s customer service a few times, but I think it is ok.BSNL is a government Operator so they don’t deducted any illegal amount.
Charges and Billing- BSNL 3G charges are closest to other 3G operators but it’s network is the main issue.Also it’s internet is very slow.
