I have opted this particular service beacause I am a still student and I find it from school.
What is bsnl is doing first 3g stupidity and now open network facility.
There is nothing open about open network facility we all can get status about signal and range strength. EVERY service provider now days are giving that information in there website nothing special.
BSNL just want to get attention from everybody all the time. If you can do everything just show something innovating and really useful for everybody.
