BSNL never upgrades their speed and this is a serious problem of its network, which is needed to be seriously solved. Once it was the best networking company bbut now iy has become the worst with irritating response in all cases.Firstly, Its speed is very irritatingly slow even for 3g which is a serious problem and needed to be resolved soon. Secondly, It has thankfully got average customer service but Thirdly Its chargings and billings is very high in comparison to its speed which is not good. I won’t recommend others to use this network untill upgraded.
