Bsnl is cheap but not worth buying. Its cheap coz it does not even provide netwroks. I am having bsnl sim which is kept from last month because of the bad signals. I keep on trying calling and at last I have to use some other network it never provides signal no network. So I would suggest if you are in rural area then buy it else u’ll screw up your head.
