M been using bsnl operator from 9 month’s
and now I not tolerate it
because my first issue is network problem, every time when I need to make a call in college I need to search my phones network at place to place not even in my college at my home, street too.
And now 2nd issue at one time I got message that explains recharge with 7 rs now and get 29 mb for the next day so I done it and still that time 7 rs is deducted from my account and 73 rs balance that I had is erodes and not even I get I notification that say my main balance is eroded and that recharge works only in period 11 the to 12 pm.
And major part is if your net pack is lapse, they don’t even notify you and directly access your main balance.
So many times my maine balance is just erodes because of this crap. And most irritating part is if u don’t have main balance and your net pack is finished then they constantly send give you message in 2 - 2 range of seconds please recharge your account. worsts thing customer service sometimes
u need to wait hours for talk to customer representative for ur problem. And m done with it.
Never use bsnl.
