Worst Service Experience

Today I am going to tell you about the fraud done yesterday by bsnl . yesterday I have recharged my no. with 159 plan which was showing the validity of 30 days when I have seen in it into plan activation portal and when I have recharged with 159 I have gotten only 28 days validity.


When I contacted the customer care they are very pathetic they said that you will get 28 days validity and its showing 28 days validity here . and moreover he told me that I should have confirmed it first  from them so guys if you are with BSNL you need to ask everything from customer care for every service you use at bsnl of god sake . I super disappointed with the BSNL services specially at this stage when there is very tough competition at market and customer care are not helpful and the plan is still showing 30 days validity . Fraud company
