Iam using bsnl since years , among all these years they dont give good data speed as well . Well iam using this because its a product of india , that’s the only reason .
They provide good offers to coustomers to hold the business , but the reality is that the data speed offered by this network is really pathetic . Even in full range the 3g speed is so pathetic as 2g some times its very less . Iam using this because its Indian , the authorites also have this patriotism to hold up this network in indian market , they must adopt new technologies inorder for the well being of the network
The coustomer care executives are so arrogant , the authorities must give some moral training to those people sitting there , otherwise bsnl will vanish from telecom field
