After listening to the many people, BSNL is a mark of honour. I decided to purchase, and fortunately got it. I made it my primary sim and gave it to all my relatives but after working for hardly 5 days, we often used to listen that the network for tha whole day will not work as the tower operates used to off their generator. Might be others would not have got much difficulties but I became very upsets I made that my primary and I was living out of my house. So whenever my family members wanted to Contact me they could not get connected to me.
Customer convenience - Some services are also very poor in the matter of quality.
Each and every operator give their service chart by clicking some numbers
i.e. * 121# To the customers for their convenience but BSNL which is said to be BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED Dont have this for their customers.
Main problem for the customers are about network.
Their customer care service is very worst as they dont pick the call very soon and by God if he/she put your call on hold your call will get disconnected but hold will not be unholded. And again call and deliver your speech again by starting. Its more time consuming.
Network - On comparing for the connectivity the BSNL has only 3G and here airtel is on its way to 5G, dont the government has money and good resource to provide the customers which will attract the attention of customers. They do work on their services because its a era of competition between service providers and our countrys pride is not working properly. Should not they consider and work on it.
Till date they dont have a great network connection which let customer make BSNL a primary number.
CHARGES AND BILLING - I used to be a prepaid customer of BSNL and one thing always mad me very sad that is to pay 36 rs every 6 month to increase my validity. I dont know the rule of BSNL that, why they want more than the other service provider. But this was really hectic. I dont need these kind of mobile operator for my simple and easy working.
Its charges are also very high.
So BSNL please take care of your business and customers.
