If you are valuing your money, dont go with BSNL that is the worst network ever. Im using BSNL prepaid number 9745829013 from last two years. It started problems when I began to use the network. I went to BSNL Regional office Alappuzha, Kerala to take a SIM card. I have submitted KYC details and took the SIM. They told me that it will activate within two days. But cant use it after two days, then I called the office but didnt connect. I phoned a staff in the office and he said that it will take some more time. That was an unsatisfactory answer for me and I didnt get a solution from anywhere.
It automatically activates after four days. I have recharge RS 199 combo offer and started using it. The main problem is that the internet speed is very poor. It will take more than ten minutes to load a page and I cant watch YouTube videos or download any videos. I complained to the BSNL customer care, but they have no solution for it. Their attitude is unprofessional and unfriendly. They have no time to resolve the problems of their customers, then how it will work successfully. I think that the real enemies of BSNL are their own employers.
The second problem is signal loss. It has a very poor signal connection compared to other service providers. So I missed some of the important calls and people saying that it is very rare to get me on the phone. There hardly any signal in some areas for BSNL. The primary use of mobile connection is to keep in touch with family and friends. BSNL has utterly failed to fulfill their primary responsibilities to the customers, then how will exist it as a service provider. The only reason behind I use BSNL is it is a public enterprise. But now I decided to port my SIM into another connection.
I have some suggestions to the BSNL management.
Provide good service to customers.
Employ some trained professional staff to deal with customers.
Provide excellent network connection all over India.
Deal with customers very politely.
Introduce some good service plans to attract customers.
