The very first point of disappointment is it never gets connected. my uncle got bsnl operator sim and whenever I call him it says not in range. he lives in puruliya west bengal. I’ve faced this challenge quite a few a times but haven’t got any enable from the buyer service. one bar network generally which disheartens anybody because when we need to work with the calling service or the internet they do not offer and this causes a lot of difficulty within the day to day life of a common folks. speaking about 3g, worst of all. information usage is truly a poor cons with the BSNL 3g mobile operator. and calling client service a waste of time since they dont provide adequate facts and their behaviour is seriously pretty terrible. i’d recommend to try to any other network for betterment.
