I have been using bsnl for 5 years and I have aeen considerable improvements in the network services.
But the speed is not upto the mark. it is around 250 kbps constant. it never crosses it.
Two years ago. it used to give 1 to 2 mbps speed!
Now it has considerably decreased. the connection also drops in between and due to that.the download cancels up.I always expect exceptional service from BSNL. But it never does that.
