BSNL-Though it has wide reach, BSNL has never ever tried to compete with the private players.
I wish one day BSNL leaves behind private players booth in terms of quality, quantity, reach, network, offers, customer base & revenue generation.
1) The management seems to be lethargic
2) Promotions & offers are rarely seen
3)Marketing is pathetic -just compare the their ads, seems they are still in 90’s
4) never comes up with Plan for All or Lucrative offers
5) despite being goverment company it is always at the last when it comes to new services
6)3G coverage is very poor
7)world has moved to 4G & BSNL still not competent enough to stablise or improve 3G.
8) I sometimes smell some conspiracy by officials to always keep BSNL low so that private players are benifitted
9) I don’t understand whether it complies to TRAI regulations or not
10) I have moved on from BSNL
