BSNL 3G Mobile Operator

I am writing this review after making a detailed observation of BSNL 3G internet.

Review made on multiple branded handsets and different connections.

Advantages:

1. Most cheap 3G of all other service provider’s

   
   




2. Since low number of subscribers the speed is really as expected. A little slow during peak hours or heavy crowded places

   
   




3. BSNL portal is available for online recharge

   
   




4. Information is sent via SMS before the plan expires(not always)

   
   




5. In past 2 years not even a single time there was an issue with DATA being discharged at a rapid speed.

   
   




6. Well educated and mannered officers at BSNL office’s

   
   




7. GET SIM connection and activation done in 20 minutes.

   
   




8. Good 3G signals

   
   

Disadvantages

1. Keeps disconnecting the internet

   
   




2. Nano and Mini SIM’s are mostly out of stock

   
   




3. When you wanted to browse some internet or book a railway ticket, it just disconnects internet in between making web page timed out. This is really frustrating.

   
   




4. Bad customer call center.

   
   




5. Need to walk in to the BSNL office everytime you have some problem with settings or enquire about any information. Dont depend on the call center. They answer your call and just disconnect the call or talk nothing. You will be able to hear some one laughing and jokes when you call call center.
