Hey friends you must be knowing that BSNL hasn’t launched 4g yet but I have been using it’s 3g Network for almost a year and here is my openion about it
Network- network coverage of bsnl is not one of the best but it is very good I didn’t had any issues with the network in cities but it was a bit week in remote areas and villages
Customer service- customer service of bsnl is one of the worst I have seen you will have to wait almost 10 to 15 mins to talk to customer care and they keep you sending unwanted messages again and again
Plans- bsnl offers one of the best plans avlaible in the market and has a good internet speed too. It is not as good as jio but not bad either
Billing- now when it comes to recharge your phone. you will have to struggle to find a retailer who can do a bsnl recharge but you can recharge online very easily
