Hi guys, today Ill be talking about BSNL 3g mobile operator services.well BSNL really need to work on there services.bcz they are very slow in terms of service and internet.as well.
once when I was using BSNL 3g, and suddenly some how they internet got stuck.and when I called to there customer care, you know what they said, they said - Sir we have some temporary error in our network so within 4 hrs, every service will work again, I said okay well said.you know nothing changed after 4 hrs, then again I called they told me the same thing. they took around 2 days.
and I was so disappointing with BSNL.man will never ever recommend BSNL to any one.sorry BSNL. but its true.they dont care about there customer.FACT.
AND bro if you are using postpaid planes than you are gone man. im still confuse with there billing. its full of disputes.
bcz truly I dont have that much time to call customer care and run to there offices.
I personally didnt liked it.
