I am porting out my Bsnl Network to a different one. Bsnl customer care services are one the horrible customer experience they give. If the matter gets serious and ask them to connect to senior they just disconnect your call. They really don’t bother about their customers. If I had an option to rate them in minus it would be great rather than giving them a single star.
