Bsnl is downing due to government negligence and employee feeling they are government employee like other.
other operators working hard to develop their network and business but BSNL employee are so dull.
Bsnl recharge also not well.
network is average. in the generation of like Jio, bsnl should update their offers and network.
Mainly recharge offers and welcome offer not well.
customer service also not good. I didn’t prefer this network even I have dual SIM phone.
