Bad service and terms

Hey friend im using bsnl from 3 months and now I felt their service is very bad. Their customer services are very bad. Their network is dying slow . Their internet is very slow. Idea’s 3g internet is much faster than bsnl internet speed. And the worst thing is you have to pay the sim vialidity fees . This fees is compulsry after every three months. So you can’t make Outgoing calls etc. When you are out of vilidity. Once I recharged and it mistakely transfered to another user’s sim. And they said it is non-refundable while other operator have refundale service in such situations. Thus I wasted my money!
