I am happy to write a review about BSNL 3g which I was using since 2 years.bsnl is the government telecom service provider in India.As far as towns are concerned bsnl has good network coverage but in rural areas there is no bsnl network coverage.I was wondered by the data plans of bsnl 3g offering 1gb at just 68 rupees.I have a broadband connection of bsnl which gives 15 mbps that cannot be provided by any other network provider and wifi sevices.call tariffs were also great with fnf plan etc.so as far as towns were concerned bsnl is king in broadband connections
