Worst mobile operator.

I quit using BSNL as my mobile operator years ago because its service wasn’t any good, but about a month ago I don’t know why but I decided using it again, hoping that it might have gotten better.I was wrong, very wrong.

BSNL is the oldest mobile operator in india, many of you must have been using it at a point, and almost everyone gave up on it. This is because, despite being the oldest operator the services that BSNL provides aren’t any good.BSNL’s network is available in almost every part of the country, even in remote villages the coverage of BSNL is just fine, but this doesn’t matter as the call quality and call drops of BSNL are worst, trust me, they couldn’t get any worse. If you have to call someone you will have to make that call three or four times before it actually gets connected and even if it gets conne.cted, the quality and network drops are too much to be looked over, most of the time you won’t understand the other person’s voice and what not.

The Internet of BSNL is now at it’s worst, it provides the slowest speed among all the other operators.at almost the same charge. The customer service of BSNL is decent, sometimes they help you, sometimes they don’t.

If I have to sum everything up, I would say that the only good thing about BSNL is it’s price, which also becomes less important as the other services are all bad. Thanks for reading.
