Hello friends bsnl a indian government company which provide version type of plans and broadband services to customer at fair price. the speed of bsnl 3G net very low as compared to other networks. customer care also bad.
customer service: customer service us very poor and they don’t even guides you in any matter.
charges and billing: bsnl provide cheap plans and bills to customer as it is a government company.
network: network is very low. in some place network does not even have single liner or brands.
