Worst service

I was facing network issues from few days in my bsnl sim so I did a complaint, they said they will take prompt action to resolve the issue. Days passed and I was waiting for their reply then after few days I got call from bsnl they said my complaint is registered and they my issue will be solved soon but my problem was not solved. I was not even getting 3g network when jio and Airtel were already providing 4g network. I wanted to do small recharges so I chose bsnl but due their pathetic network and worst customer support I had no choice and I had to port my number to airtel. Bsnl should focus on network improvement seriously.
