I took a BSNL 3G connection with Rs1359, unlimited plan in Dec, 2010. Till Feb, 2011, everything was going fine. I was paying about Rs1800 every month.
But in the month of March I got an invoice stating that I have exceeded my security balance and bill has come upto Rs20, 000(Twenty Thousand Rupees). I went to the office to enquire about this and I came to know that the plan has changed to limited and I have only 15GB of free usage every month.
I was never informed about this. And when I said this, the people including the CFO told me that they cant do anything about this and I have to pay the amount. This is ridiculous. I never thought that a government department would do such thing.
