It is very populor in indian and very much in government servies.

The custmer care sevies or band network ( wifi) servies is slow.

The network of bsnl sevies in villages is very poor main while using 3G.
Please add the towers in village areas to provide the network and for good sevieses.
Charges and billing : -
For monthly plan of 28 day is little expencive.
But for new connection plan of wifi of 249 ₹ unlimited is very good but it for 6 months only.
