In todays competitive environment, Network services is very poor, specially for the State of Assam( In burnihat Area, Hojai Area, Boarder area etc. When you complain about network and other broadband services to their customer care services, then their feedback is not in a proficient manner, it is very poor in providing customer care services. In comparison to other network provider, Charges and billing documents, means the bill is not at all send to the mobile numbers, which is not at all satisfactory.
The behavior of office staffs and other ground staffs are not up to the mark in comparison to other Network providers.
