I was using the BSNL sim, they will give a very good offers but without intimate the customers they will stop offers and they will release other offers, this very time happens .
Network wise good, some times internet issue it will not connect properly, one of the main headache in BSNL customer service center. If you have facing any issue then gone case, they never resolve the issue . So many times I was facing this kind of problems in BSNL network.
My opinion is don’t go for BSNL net work.
