In BSNL 3G the speed may be good. but everything else is horrible. first they do not give you separate IP. you are bundled with hundreds of users in a proxy server. if you dream of downloading movies and music from data servers like rapidshare & megaupload, there is always some other guy downloading files. it takes may be days for you to get lucky that the proxy is free from other users and you may download.
Otherwise you have to be hacker to use some other IP to download the files you want. if you are a 10GB subscriber you may be lucky if you could download even 2 GB in a month.
Secondly the customer care is the worst. the guys in the customer care do not know any technical things. they just escape by telling you to call some other number. You find that the other number they had given you is the number for booking complaints for the landline numbers. Watch out! I spend Rs.3000 for the data card. Now I am regretting.
