Yes I used BSNL ( Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited ) Broadband Internet Services and Land line Services ! I have used 2MBPS Unlimited Plan for a month , BSNL speed upto 5GB 2MBPS after finished 5GB speed decrease to 512 Kbps ! But now BSNL is increased a speed from 1 October without any cost , it is totally free for all users ( Means now my speed is Before 5GB 2MBPS then after 5GB 1MBPS ( 2x) so this is a great ) , now I tell you the plan Its monthly 2MBPS charges 649/- ( without tax ) ! BSNL is also provide a free calls at night to another network Unlimited time , and A Sunday whole day is totally free to call any network any time ! I think this Plans Information is enough , and Yes , Guys this plan in not available all city in India it is available in selected city !
