BSNL one of the biggest ISP of our Country and the most worst service and very very bad customer support.About BSNL Broadband -
Speed will be good as described in plan, if there is less number of broadband subscriber under same exchange, if new users(more number of users) are added then speed will be very poor.
Very bad Customer Support, even though it has best online customer support system(self care portal)but complaints are not addressed properly, complaints are closed without solving the issues, if asked why complaint is closed without solving issue, they will simply say that they have to close the complaints within 72 hrs.
In terms of reliability, BSNL Broadband is not at all Reliable.
The only best part of BSNL is they are giving Unlimited Free Calls to any Network within India from 9:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m.
