Hello this is JEET here We have BSNL bradband at my home. actually we set yhis just before 3 months. before setting this BSNL broadband provider tell us about plans so we choose 1199 rs monthly unlimited plan according to him there is unlimited calling and internet to. but after using for 1 month I received bill its 3359/- what was that.I was surprised so I had contact to BSNL office they said By mistake your plan was change it 250/- rs per month. so u get bill of it. I said but why I pay for it if is your mistake they said we look into this matter and reduce your bill and activate your plan of 1199/- rs but after 1 month again I had get bill of 1618 rs. and main thing is that I was not used it from last full month so again I visit to BSNL office this time Ithey said you must be pay this bill. and total 4977/- rs bill I paid in December then they start again my service. overall very bad experience. I paid for that which I never used who is responsible for that. It’s their mistake and I paid for it.
