I used Bsnl broadband for 3(three) year. from 2012 - 2015. At first year its speed and services are good but after that connectivity problems occur daily. I complaint about that but provider didnt response some time and ignoring complaint. costumer services are not good at all. Speed become decrease after 15 or 16 day after a month. some time connection of internet lost when telephone ringing. I do not prefer to use BSNL broadband or I request to provider that please take better action for broadband. other services of BSNL are good.
