My friend suggested me that BSNL broadband is best among all net providers.I am using BSNL internet from last one year. But No internet connectivity since march. Despite multiple complaints been lodged in regional telephone exchange office and also to Junior engineer. there was no immediate action taken what so ever.
Hence with total disappointment I am opting out from this network. and would not avail any service henceforth.
And when I checked in office not even a single KB is utilized by me and they told me that they will re emburse the amount.
Still today nothing happened.
This is really hectic. never expected such service from a leading service provider.
