I agree with all the negative comments on BSNL. They are the most unprofessional company anyone can imagine and customer care is not very cooperative. I applied for their new broadband connection a few weeks ago and it took for ever for them to provision in their backend. We escalated up their management chain and the response was that the folks who were supposed to do the my work is on leave and were all out on training. A bunch of stupid people. Another thing with BSNL is they sub-contract parts of their service and they dont pay their sub-contractors on time . I heard is somewhere about this . I dont like bsnl and net speed is also very poor .nd it took much time to download my small file .so think what it will take to high file
