I’m using bsnl broadband for more than a year and this is my experience.
I face problem with server down once a week and they have so many ads embedded in their network. If you are trying to open a webpage it will automatically opens one ad page with it. First I thought there are some harmful softwares or something installed in my pc so, i’m getting these ads but after that I cleaned my pc, but ads are still there then I temporarily chaned my ISP to Idea and it works without ad. So it is clear that ads are installed in their network. And their employees are very rude and may be poorly educated becuase when I go to get my bb connection they don’t even know the plans. They just told me get the plan of rs. 675 use it for a month and if you don’t like it then we will upgrade it.
