I have been using BSNL Broadband since 3 months and they proved to be the worst internet service provider I ever came across. I am paying for 2mbps unlimited stable internet speed and in that I am only getting download speed of 50 to 60 kbps and most of the time their internet service is offline. Neither there customer support guide you right and all they say is just submit a complaint by visit the head office . Once I did that they never visited and its quite irritating me. Very poor Internet brand and services
