BSNL has a history of causing nuisance among the customers from time to time. Lately, I became another victim of this nuisance. I received a bill of around 1500 inr from bsnl, for my landline plus broadband, which is 500 inr more than what I shouldve received, so I had to go to their office to resolve the issue which is irritating because its their fault and not yours and you have to run to their office to bring notice of the management to the issue and it turned out that had mistakenly activated some services which I never requested for, so I had to run form one place to another to get this service deactivated. BSNL never fails to amaze its customer with absurd bills. In terms of bill amount and services airtel is far more superior. Internet speed and connectivity improved for bsnl, only a few months ago, but earlier speed and connectivity were another annoying factors. Look for other broadband services like airtel before going for bsnl.
