I purchased the BSNL Broadband connection and residing in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I purchased a Cisco Linksys Wi-FI Router (WAG120N). The installation technician comes and leave it as it as saying: "DSL router needs to come with a splitter".
Now where in the world you’d hear this from the technician as splitter must be provided by the Network Provider ONLY. Unfortunately, only my mother was available at the time he came and we couldn’t just go out and purchase this small equipment and 3 days of public holidays passed and there after another 4 days have passed by, he has not turned up. We have been ringing them for the support but it can make your experience worse!
I feel harassed by BSNL and would suggest to use them only as a last resort!!!
