Bsnl broadband is very poor brand. Since 8 month I am using bsnl broadband. The speed of the net is very poor. Adsl light 5-8 times stop working in a day. If I make a complain then there is no active response from bsnl customer care.
We also get free landline with bsnl broadband connection. We get 9pm to 7am free national and locals calls which is of no use because whenever I am trying to make a call after 9pm the phone line becomes dead. I also made the complaint regarding this issue but this problem never solved. So, please guyz don’t use bsnl.
