Please please don’t buy the BSNL broadband I had bought it for 1500 and a plan of rs 999 postpaid.
And believe me that even didn’t work from first day onwards and simply the customer service centre will tell that we will get speeds upto 20 mbps or so but please don’t believe then it’s all fake and believe me I have gone to the reliance customer centre around 20 times in a fortnight to convert it from postpaid to prepaid they don’t bother as all so I would nt recommend this for anyone.
This is the second time I am posting my bad experience about bsnl Broadband. bsnl has taken customers for granted. In-spite of sending repeated emails to transfer my connection to different address. The company is least bothered to do the needful. I have never seen such bad service till date. They behave as if they are providing service for free.
Whenever there is delay in paying the bill they are first one to charge the late payment. What is the penalty for delay in service? . I am cancelling the connection. There are much better service providers available in the market.
