I had BSNL broadband connection in last year 2015. My experience with BSNL broadband is really really bad. From the first day they were not answering. To install the modem I had to call them for a week. After a week a person came and for 5 min work he said I want 100 rs. That is not even official charge. I had to give him because he said if you won’t give me any problem occurs I won’t help you. The Internet speed as per statement was 1 MBPS. But it was like 256 kbps. The speed was worst. The internet used to get disconnected every other day. The person responsible for service never picked up the phone. We had to go to office and register complain. After all this I ended the subscription. For that also my experience was really bad. We have to pay 2000 deposit. During starting of connection which is refundable when we cancel our subscription. Its been 6 months. I have not got even a single rupee back into my account.
Please please please dont go for BSNL Internet.
