BSNL is the a worst Broad Band service. IF you want to waste you money as well as your time.Because in Bsnl office no one cal help you also they wont help you just give argument. no one take responsibility to sort the customer problem.
I agree with all the negative comments on BSNL. They are the most unprofessional company you can imagine. I applied for their new broadband connection a few weeks ago and it took for ever for them to provision in their back end. We escalated up their management chain and the response was that the folks who were supposed to do the work we all out on training.
