I take the connection of BSNL broadband and it was said by the company that the speed was 2mbps but in reality is that only first 5 or 6 days it gives the speed of 500kbps and then come to speed of 200kbps. Always have network problem. 2 days in a week it was guarantied that the broadband doesn’t work. Always break the wire of broadband. Customer service was too bad. After 4-5 call by customers works came to solve the problems. They don’t take complain seriously.
