Today most citizens of India are becoming tech savy to compete with world demand.So it has compulsion to get educate ourselves with technology and its jargon.Most of the executives of bsnl broad band service office in rural areas are not proficient in their skills to address the problems of customers, so it creates communication gap and delays the procedure of getting service.My experience was bad, they give me silly excuses like absentism of empolyee, pretending of having no idea of issue and particular service doesnt come under their jurisdiction.Whereas for private telecom companies they provide you service in stipulated time and if they fail in giving service they give reimbursement for it.I hope some initiatives should be taken to improve service, thank you.
