Bsnl is going from bad to worse. Forget about their very slow bandwidth, in the last three months we get a weekly breakdown when services totally stop and besides reporting it online there is no other way, one can complain. After trying once to call on the numbers given online we got custom service agents from three different states who had no clue about the problem. They could not give us any local numbers either. When we tried going to the local centre it was shut with a vague notice put up outside. Sometimes the problem is resolved within a few hours. This time it was more than 3 days. This is just ridiculous. Time to look for another option.
