Our prime ministers are taking so many steps to encourage entrepreneurs, Digital India. but its sad that in many places in our country we doesn’t even have proper/fast/uninterrupted internet connection.
BSNL is run by government so at many places its present. They provide broadband facility in many towns too but their service and speed is disgusting.
If there is problem with the line, Its takes forever to repair and solve the matter. In fact for our case, they took more than 4 months to repair the connection. And this happened only after shooting complaint mails to TRAI.
The employees don’t talk, behave properly. As if its not their duty to serve the customers.
Also they are costlier than other service provider.
Their FUP plans sucks big time.
We had no other options but to go with bsnl in our area.
I hope you have a choice and don’t have to use their service.
