iam using the bsnl broadband services from the past six months and I wanted to share my view regarding mainly the customer care support. Initially during first 2 months internet speed was very good as per the plan but after that the speed got reduced, inspite of so many complaints in bsnl office till date I did not get any response from the customer support except your request has been processed.TTill date facing the same problem.Please dont dont go for this broadband
