Hello guys, I am using this service provider since 3 years, it is really worst experience with this service provider, I am not happy with any service provided by BSNL. Even though I can’t to shift to another service provider, because bsnl broadband is only ISP in our village, internet speed is also worst they promise us to give upto 2mbps but the reality is we get less than 200 kbps some time even less.
Connection is also bad when their is rain I can’t access the internet.
service and support is okay because I get my bills in correct time lol.
I am paying this service because I don’t have any other sevice provider in our village.
Anybody planning to take bsnl connection, then please change your plan.
